A Louis XVI period (1774 - 1793) portico clock.
Proposed by Antiquités Arnaud Catel
Black marble and gilt bronze portico clock with two columns on lion's paws and surmounted by the white marble antique vase. Flowers garlands, pearls, chains and stylized bird heads decoration. A lion lying situated on the terrace. Inscribed on the dial lower center "A Paris". Dial signed "Dubuisson", the enameller listed in the "Dictionnaire des Horlogers Français" de Tardy, p. 193.
