Émile Auguste Wery, born in Reims on September 3, 1868 and died in Paris in 1935, is a French artist. He is the student of Léon Bonnat, Jules Lefebvre and François Flameng. He becomes the friend of Henri Matisse who testifies to the influence of Wéry on his use of color.
