Born in Monastir in Tunisia in 1903, Jules Lellouche studied at the Beaux Arts in Tunis, then in Paris. He quickly exhibited at various Parisian shows and in galleries.
He painted numerous nudes, portraits and landscapes.
The painting is signed lower right.
