A rare and elegant pair of three-branch wall sconces in finely chiseled and gilded bronze, made in the XIXth century in the pure spirit of the Louis style XVI.
Each wall sconce features a richly crafted ribbon bow at the top, an emblematic motif of the Louis Louis repertoire. XVI, extended by a fluted shaft adorned with a foliate sheaf. The three harmoniously curved light arms are decorated with molded bobeches and demonstrate careful and balanced chiseling work.
The original gilding, luminous and well preserved, offers a beautiful warm patina, highlighting the quality of the bronze and the fineness of the decorative details.
The entire unit is in very good condition. Electrification is present.
