Summoned by a flowery cup, it is adorned in the upper part with gleafy garlands dotted with hollyhocks in bloom or in bud, bellflowers, ..Falling corbels, leafy acanthus, fleurons, rosettes adorn its sides, punctuate its projection on the facade; a frieze of heart-shaped rai-de-coeur surrounds the belt.
Set with a string of pearls, the white enameled dial indicates the hours in Roman numerals, the minutes in Arabic numerals by two pierced and gilded bronze hands.
