A Transition Louis XV - Louis XVI period commode.
Proposed by Antiquités Arnaud Catel
A rosewood and amaranth commode with two drawers and a gris Sainte-Anne marble top. Cabriole legs. Gilt bronze ornamentation. Stamped by P. Dupré, master in Paris in 1766. The furniture of P. Dupré is in the Musée Cognacq-Jay Paris and in the Frick Collection New York.
