A stunning and extremely high quality pair of French 19th century ormulu and green marble candelabras.
Each monumentally scaled candelabra is raised by a fine circular base.
The urn is richely decorated by scrolling ormulu ancathus leaves seperated by wonderfully executed lion heads beneath the fine female masks joined with swaging ormulu laurel garlands.
The most decorative lightly curved necks with a central floral medallion are flanked by charming « s » scrolled handles.
Above are the sensational arms each displaying lovely scrolled shapes, adorned with large ancathus leaves and ending in a spiral flutted design and candle cups.
